The touch of a licensed bodyworker can heal aches and pains that plague the body. Many of our clients find that regular massage sessions keep them healthy and pain-free after their initial treatment plan. The therapeutic touch of massage relieves muscular tension, which often causes tightness and pain in the body. Reiki therapy can help release energy holding patterns that could be causing or making pain worse, physically or emotionally.

Meet Frankie

Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master

I had my first massage at eleven, and I still remember that floaty feeling after it was over. Many years later I realized how disconnected I was from my emotions and my body, which lead me to discover the world of wellbeing. I started my journey at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2012 where I studied yoga teaching, hypnotherapy, and life coaching. In 2015 I was drawn to energy work, and was attuned to Reiki Master . After a time of healing and growing through what I learned, I studied massage therapy at the Sedona School of Massage. There I found a renewed respect and appreciation for the body and how we can spark that innate sense of healing through bodywork.

I fully believe in the power of touch and how it shifts our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states and can bring us back home to ourselves. I believe in holding space for others, allowing them to come to their own truths that are already within. I am grateful and honored to meet you there.
